Hollings Valuations Fees
For a standard residential dwelling, suburban apartment, residential unit, vacant land or townhouse, in the Auckland Metropolitan area, the following costs apply:

| $300,001 to $500,000 | $700 incl GST | |
| $500,001 to $750,000 | $750 incl GST | |
| $750,001 to $1,000,000 | $825 incl GST | |
| $1,000,001 to $1,400,000 | $900 incl GST | |
| Over $1,400,000 | Price on application | |
All other residential, industrial and commercial valuations: price on application. Our prices are industry competitive and are enhanced by personal attention and the local and hands on experience of the director. The person who request the valuation is responsible for the payment of the invoice. The report remains the property of Hollings Valuations until invoice settled. Debt collection fees are recoverable from the person responsible in addition to the invoice amount.
